Our 120-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 120-day money-back guarantee on your purchase. Real results take time, so we want you to be able to use the product long enough to judge it fairly. If you've used CERA as directed and you don't see a difference in your shedding, your edges, or your crown, contact us within 120 days of your delivery date for a full refund of the product price. We ask that you give it an honest, consistent try — that's what it's built for.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund, email us at support@cerahaircare.com with:

  • Your order number;
  • The name and email used on the order;
  • A short note letting us know it didn't work out for you.

Our team will confirm your request and walk you through any next steps.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 120 days of the delivery date.
  • The guarantee applies to the original purchase
  • We reserve the right to limit refunds in cases of evident abuse of this policy (for example, repeated refunds across multiple orders).

Returning Product

We'll provide return instructions when you contact us. Please don't send items back before requesting a refund, as unannounced returns may not be processed. 

How Refunds Are Issued

Once your refund is approved, we'll issue it to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@cerahaircare.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually cancel an order before it ships, but once it's been handed to the carrier we're unable to cancel it — at that point, our 120-day guarantee applies.
